    1.) Deposits
    Deposits are required in order to confirm a booking with Esquire Wedding & Formal Wear Specialists. Deposits are charged at £100 per Wedding Booking and 50% of the total order for Formal Hire. Deposits are non-refundable.
    Deposits and orders are non-transferable to a third party under any circumstance.

    2.) Payment
    All payments due to Esquire Wedding & Formal Wear Specialists must be completed no later than the day of collection. Items will not be released until the total balance is paid

    3)Cancellations 

    Cancellations must be completed in store with a copy of the hire agreement and receipt(s) for payments made. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone.

    4)Group Bookings

    As the individual who signs the Contract Hire Agreement if you are hiring garments for more than one individual you will procure the compliance with these Terms and Conditions, of Hire by all other members of your party and you will inform us and keep us informed in full for any costs expenses losses or damages incurred, or suffered by us as a result of any failure by any member of your party, to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Hire.

    5) Fittings
    All adults in a party must be measured at least 2months prior to the collection date. Adults measured outside of the time period cannot be guaranteed correctly fitting garments due to a shortage of time in which we have to operate.
    All children within a party must be measured 1month prior to the collection date. Measurements taken outside of this period cannot be guaranteed correctly fitting garments due to a shortage of time in which we have to operate. If the fit is not satisfactory you must report this to us immediately or no later than 1 week from the initial fitting. If you do not report that a garment does not fit satisfactorily, and request a replacement item within this time, we cannot guarantee that such replacement item can be secured in time for your function.  All members of the party must attend a fitting. In the event of sizes being provided by a third party, we are not responsible for ill measurement on their behalf.

    As in most cases suits are collected three-four days prior to the function date, modifications to sizes must be bought to the attention of Esquire Wedding & Formal Wear Specialist by 12noon the next working day following collection. Modifications notified after this point cannot be guaranteed to be achieved.

    Any alterations made to suits will be of a temporary nature so that the garment can return to its previous specification.

    You will be responsible for and we shall have no liability for you own expenses (e.g. travel costs, time off work, etc.)Incurred during this fitting and collection process-even if the garment has a fault.

    6) Period of Hire
    The period of hire begins upon collection of the suits (usually 3-4 days prior to your function date) and ends on the agreed return date.
    At all times the garments and items hired remain the properties of Esquire Wedding & Formal Wear Specialists.

    Suits may be collected from 4pm on agreed collection day and must be returned no later than 12noon on agreed date of return 

    Suits returned after this time will attract a charge of £20.00 per day that the outfit is late.

    7) Damage
    All damage to garments must be paid for upon return of the outfit. Damaged goods include those which are heavily stained beyond the ability of dry cleaning methods.
    All missing items must be paid for upon return of the outfit.
    It is the responsibilities of the customer to check for damage/missing items when the suits are collected.

    A price list for the cost of replacing missing/damaged items is available upon request from Esquire Wedding & Formal Wear Specialists 

    Retail Terms & Conditions

     If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so provided it meets the following:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase
    • Items must be unworn and unwashed
    • Shoes must be tried on indoors and show no signs of wear
    • Items must have all tags fully attached to garment and relevant receipts/proof of purchase included within the returned package.
    • Please obtain a copy of proof of postage just in case your order is lost on the way back to Esquire. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
    • A refund will be made by the original method of payment.
    • If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know immediately and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the law.
    • The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be refunded once the above criteria has been met and it passes inspection from our online returns team.
