Returns and Refunds

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange any item returned in an unused condition: unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

All items are quality checked on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we may be unable to accept it back and it may be returned to you at an additional cost.

Items must be received by our returns centre within 30 days from dispatch.

Exchanges Can take up to 7 Working Days to process. We are not able to exchange for alternative items or colour until the return has been processed. Please note that we only allow 1 exchange per order.

Refunds will be actioned within 10 Working Days once processed by our returns team.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@esquireformalwear.com. If your return is accepted, the next step is to fill out your returns slip and post the item back to the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
